Principal: Jason Rufus

A Fitter and Turner by trade Jason has extensive knowledge in both the maintenance and manufacturing fields. A production manager for 10 years responsible for producing shop drawings, CNC programming, jig and fixture design, work methodology and all the management roles required when getting the best out of twenty three men working two shifts. 14 out of 32 subjects completed towards a BENG Mechanical (GPA 6.5) gives Jason the skills required to liase between engineers and trades people effectively. Mining, marine, timber and construction industry experience.

Trainee: Simon Morgan

Simon showed excellent 3D Modelling skills and his interest in design was easy to see during the Holden Technology Challenge where he led a team of youngsters to design and build the first successful tilting Human Powered Vehicle in Australia.
